Order Web guarantees unlimited revisions without any additional charge. Clients may request as many revisions as they need, provided that the core design and concept do not change. The turnaround time for each revision will be 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Order Web commits to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. With our unlimited free Revision Policy, clients can enhance their initial design brief at no extra cost through their account area. Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • Processing errors resulting in duplicate charges.
  • Failure to meet specific design requirements stated by the client.
  • Inability to complete the design order as per the stated delivery timeline.

Clients dissatisfied with the provided design services must submit a refund request within five days after receiving their initial designs. If no refund request is submitted within this timeframe, it is assumed the client is satisfied with the services. Refunds for special or combo packages are processed in the same manner as single packages.

Refund Request Timeline and Processing:

  • Full refund before delivery, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  • 66% refund if requested within 48 hours of delivery, minus a 10% fee.
  • 33% refund for requests made between 48-120 hours after delivery, minus a 10% fee.
  • No refunds will be granted after 120 hours post-delivery; however, clients are encouraged to contact us if there are any concerns.

All refund requests must be communicated directly to the support department. Order Web reserves the right to approve or deny requests based on the terms of the user agreement.

Claiming a Refund:

  • Contact us via phone at +44 (0) 208 058 8807 or by email mail@orderweb.co.uk through our website for a prompt response.
  • We aim to address your concerns immediately in accordance with our revision policy, or else will issue a refund approval email from our refund department.

Upon refund approval, all design rights revert to Order Web, and the client agrees to cease using any version of the design.

Account Area

Clients are responsible for monitoring their Account Area regularly to address any queries or additional instructions needed by the designer. Failure to use the Account Area does not provide grounds for a refund, but support is available for users unfamiliar with this feature.

Delivery Policy

Design orders are delivered to the Account Area by the date specified on the order confirmation. Notification emails are sent to clients about the delivery. All revision and refund policies are contingent on the date and time the design order is delivered.

Record Maintenance

Order Web maintains records of all finalized designs and can resend final files to clients upon request.
