2. Refund Policy

Order Web Ltd is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the final design, we provide a clear and structured refund policy under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Charges: If processing errors result in duplicate charges.
  • Failure to Meet Design Requirements: If we fail to meet the specific design requirements provided by the client.
  • Inability to Complete Design within Timeline: If we cannot meet the delivery deadline agreed upon in the order confirmation.

Refund Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) days of receiving your initial design. If no request is made within this period, it is understood that you are satisfied with the services provided. Refunds for bundled or special packages are processed the same way as individual design packages.

Refund Timeline & Conditions:

Full Refund: Available before delivery, subject to a 10% service and processing fee.

66% Refund: Available if requested within 48 hours of delivery, subject to a 10% service fee.

33% Refund: Available if requested between 48-120 hours after delivery, subject to a 10% service fee.

No Refund: Requests made 120 hours after delivery will not be eligible for a refund. However, we encourage you to contact us directly if you have concerns.

3. Claiming a Refund

Upon approval of your refund, all rights to the design will revert to Order Web Ltd, and you agree to cease use of any delivered designs.

4. Account Area

Clients are responsible for regularly monitoring their Account Area to ensure all communications, additional instructions, and design revisions are addressed. Failure to engage with the Account Area does not entitle you to a refund. Assistance with using the Account Area is available upon request.

5. Quality Assurance

Our designers strictly adhere to the specifications provided in your order form. We ensure that all designs are unique and of the highest quality, based on thorough research and creative development.

6. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer unlimited revisions to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the final design. We will also assist in coordinating with your printing company, if necessary, to ensure the final design is production-ready.

7. Delivery Policy

Design orders are delivered to your Account Area by the date specified in your order confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your design is ready for review. All revisions and refund policies are based on the delivery date and time.

8. Record Maintenance
